Hi, I'm Jodie, and I make custom camera straps for DSLR / SLR cameras, and some point & shoot cameras.. These camera straps are made "from scratch" with comfort and safety in mind. I strive to create a unique, and very well made product.
You've invested your hard-earned money into a very nice digital camera, and now you can add a custom, comfortable, and pretty (or handsome) camera strap to compliment your personality.
I worked hard to afford my camera equipment, so I understand how important quality is, yet I want a camera strap that suites me and my personality.
Jodie's Camera Straps are designed with a padded cover over a sturdy webbing strap that ensures comfort and safety. The light padding is a big improvement over the stock camera straps with no padding, and is much more comfortable around your neck. The webbing core gives you strength, durability, and security. Each strap has d-ring ends, and 3/8" webbing that connects to the camera. No metal buckles or clips that could potentially scratch your camera.
I've been sewing for over 25 years, so it's a pleasure to combine my two hobbies into a business venture that is fun and rewarding. I enjoy making camera straps that fit individual tastes. I've made thousands of custom straps now, shipped them all over the world, and it's the happy customers and wonderful feedback that makes it so fulfilling.
I love the search for something unique when a customer makes a request. It's fun to present my findings, and then help my customer make a decision on color and/or pattern.
I offer the standard length camera straps, and I make (by special request) the longer camera straps that can be worn across the body. These straps will work with all SLR and DSLR cameras (Canon, Nikon, Sony, Pentax, Olympus, Kodak, Fuji) and some point & shoot cameras. For the cameras that have a smaller strap pin, I have split rings to accommodate the 3/8" strap.
I also offer quick-connects that will allow you to quickly remove, or swap your camera strap. (Of course you need more than one Jodie's Camera Strap!)
